At Premier, we're committed to safety every day, on every job. Each day before a new task is started on a project, our team conducts a review to ensure that the safest methods will be used. We want to make sure each employee comes home safely each and every day.

Our safety policy ensures that we provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, minimize the risk of human and economic losses resulting from unnecessary personal injury and property damage, insure the security, protection and well being of the personnel, property and vehicles of our company and comply with all existing safety and health laws that apply to the workplace.

What is EMR?
EMR stands for Experience Modification Rate. It's a number used by insurance companies to calculate both past cost of injuries and future chances of risk. An EMR of 1.0 is considered the industry average. The lower the EMR, the lower the company's worker compensation insurance premiums will be.
