Minneapolis, Minnesota Convention Center. The major renovation and addition totalled 1,000,000 sqaure feet at a cost of $200 million dollars. The facility housed an Auditorium with 1400 seat capacity and state of the art meeting facilities with sound and data communication at the seats. High security  throughout the facility that housed 2 Exhibition Halls with floating slabs.

Minneapolis, Federal Courthouse built in 1995 at a cost of $ 212 million dollars.  The 18 story Federal facility housed the Judges chambers and courtrooms along with 3 level below grade parking. 25% of the facility had raised floor computer rooms. The security, lighting and control, data and communication systems represented the state of the art technology. The interior built out was a design / assist project.

Premier was selected in 1991 to install the Mpls/St. Paul International Airport’s first major security system. Premier is currently installing a major renovation of the MAC/TSA security system. Premier has maintained security for MAC for the last 15 years.
