Premier hired by Lifecore Biomedical for clean room renovation

This project involves the renovation/conversion of various clean room and manufacturing spaces on two levels of Lifecore Biomedical's headquarters in Chaska, MN. The spaces range from non-controlled environments to ISO 7 clean rooms and total approximately 11,000 square feet. There will also be a new 2,200-square-foot mezzanine.
We will be replacing an existing AHU and modifying the existing mechanical systems to support the renovation. We will also be adding a new capacitor bank and complete electrical systems for the renovated spaces.
We will be executing this project in multiple phases over a period of 18 months.
