This project involved the replacement and repair of flood-damaged equipment in the main lift station at Cedar Rapids Water Pollution Control Facility, one of only a few advanced water treatment plants in Iowa.

We installed new 15KV/5KV distribution and cabling as well as two 5KV 1,000 HP VFDs that feed four new 500 HP motors. We also upgraded the SCADA system and SCADA fiber and replaced the CCTV camera equipment.

The facility has been awarded a “peak performance” award for outstanding compliance records.
