This project called for an upgrade of the security system for seven Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) wastewater treatment plants: Blue Lake, Eagles Point, Empire, Metropolitan, Seneca, St. Croix and the regional maintenace facility. We installed a closed circuit TV camera system with digital video recorders, a general electric access control and intrusion detection system, and card readers and intercoms throughout.
