East River Parkway Trail
This project included the removal of existing street lights and the installation of 42 new, decorative light poles. The light pole installation included new conduit, conductors, and service cabinets.
The Carlyle
The Carlyle was built with the help of Premier Electric and consisted of a 39-story cast-in-place concrete structure with 249 condo units on the fringe of Minneapolis' Central Business District.
University of St. Thomas
Premier has completed multiple projects for UST since 2005 including medium voltage distribution systems for the north campus and the Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex.
Convention Center Expansion
Premier had the privilege of working on the Minneapolis Convention Center's most recent expansion, which included the addition of two new exhibit halls, a 3,400-seat auditorium, and over 20 new meeting rooms.
Grant Park Condominiums
The 27-story Grand Park Condominiums were built in 2004 in the Elliot Park neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. The project consisted of 284 condo units, 47 townhomes, a 513-stall parking ramp, inner courtyard and emergency generator.
Hennepin County Medical Center
Premier Electrical has provided both high and low voltage maintenance for HCMC for a number of years. The hospital continues to keep a number of Premier electricians onsite to make sure the electrical needs of the hospital are met in a timely fashion.
Minneapolis City Hall
Constructed in the late 1800's, Minneapolis City Hall is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and turned to Premier Electric to perform a fire alarm upgrade.
Minneapolis VA Medical Center
Premier Electrical Corporation provided electrical construction for the Minneapolis VA main building during the 1980's and continues to provide support and maintenance for the institution today.
MCES Wastewater Treatment
Premier Electrical was contracted by Metropolitan Council Environmental Services to install CCTV and security systems with digital video recorders, a general electric access control, and intrusion detection.
Cedar Rapids Water Control
Premier Electrical helped repair flood damaged equipment at Cedar Rapids Water Pollution Control Facility by installing new distribution cabling and variable frequency drives.
